Common Support Topics

Purchase Not Unlocking

Use the Restore Purchases option inside the app to restore your ShutterTag Pro purchase.

Bluetooth Connection Issues

• Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone
• Ensure your adapter is powered on
• Stay within normal Bluetooth range
• Disconnect other devices that may already be paired

GPS Geotagging

• Enable Location permissions for ShutterTag
• For best results, allow Precise Location
• Wait briefly for GPS lock outdoors if signal is weak

Compatibility

ShutterTag requires compatible third-party camera adapter hardware. Camera bodies, adapters and firmware versions may vary.
